跟進看不到文章的問題

收到了回覆，只是不能解決問題的官方無用答案。我已再回覆追問根本沒有解決看不到「訂閱部分」的問題，並且指出有人一早已做了都解決不到問題。

昨天我更新了iOS的wordpress app後，現在我在iphone和ipad都看不到自己的「訂閱部分」，竟然要我訂閱。塵世間最痛苦，莫過於要我用錢訂閱我要人家付款訂閱我的東西。我即管把link列在下面，大家遇上困難時有興趣試一試。

It looks like they mentioned that it can be accessed from the blog but not from their notifications. I was able to see it working from the notifications on the top right within WordPress.com.

If anyone still cannot access the content correctly, I would recommend checking what browser they may be using and making sure that it’s updated. It can also help to clear their browser cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  1. 我昨天向黃博士提到，我嘗試把瀏覽器內的cache（快取記憶）清空，再試也不行。今早再多做一個實驗，把快取記憶清空，關掉瀏覽器，再重新打開，就成功沒有要求subscribe了。我用的是Google Chrome的瀏覽器，也試用了其他瀏覽器如Safari、Firefox、Brave等，問題也解決了。謝謝。

    1. 可否在這裏交代怎樣把safari「快取記憶」清空？我正在苦惱中。我手機看不到自己的文章。

  2. 1. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences （偏好設定）
    2. Click the Advanced（進階） tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.（在選單列中顯示「開發」選單）
    3. Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.（清除快取）
    4. Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.

  3. 如果要在手機上清除Safari的快取記憶，在設定app上選Safari，再選擇「清除瀏覽記錄及網站資料」

    1. 謝謝快速回覆。我就是試了無效，可以登入但仍看不到訂閱部分。😓😓電腦上看就沒有問題。🤯🤯
      不過得知你能夠解決登入不到的問題就好了！

  4. 我現在手機用Wordpress app和safari也可看到訂閱部份。最後兩招：先由safari登出你的帳號，清空cache，關掉safari，再登入試試。終極一招，可以試把safari delete再重裝，然後登入看看。

      或者都係用最後的最後一招……等佢地自己搞好 bug🤣🤣應該是他們幾日前搞了新的設定「訂閱」內容方法，出現問題卦。😅😅

    1. 最慘那些engineer是外族，只看到背後的「流通問題」，她進入我的wordpress根本唔知乜冬冬。☹️☹️☹️
