在學院全職剛好二十年，看到學生出出入入，一代過去，一代又來。他們在學院留下的足印，有時我在學院還是記憶猶新，一切好像只發生在昨日。
其實早在學院兼職期間，也感到他們的「威力」，撇除一些不是常人能夠明白的人外，大部分都是很重感情的，他們讀書未必最好，但是卻給外界認為「肯做願做」的事奉態度。我最初教書時不知底蘊，要求他們看一篇英文文章，竟然看到學生幾乎把每個字都查了字典，我真的很感動，或許這就是教書佬看到學生願意付出學習的反應了。
