收到了回覆，只是不能解決問題的官方無用答案。我已再回覆追問根本沒有解決看不到「訂閱部分」的問題，並且指出有人一早已做了都解決不到問題。
昨天我更新了iOS的wordpress app後，現在我在iphone和ipad都看不到自己的「訂閱部分」，竟然要我訂閱。塵世間最痛苦，莫過於要我用錢訂閱我要人家付款訂閱我的東西。我即管把link列在下面，大家遇上困難時有興趣試一試。

It looks like they mentioned that it can be accessed from the blog but not from their notifications. I was able to see it working from the notifications on the top right within WordPress.com.
If anyone still cannot access the content correctly, I would recommend checking what browser they may be using and making sure that it’s updated. It can also help to clear their browser cache: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
