我們的信仰時常有不同口號，例如「每一步都要跟隨主的腳步」，「每件事都要清楚神的心意」，「不要走在神之前」。可是現實真的能夠做到嗎？還是只是信仰的口號？信徒很清楚神吩咐「愛神愛人」，我們不知裝傻，還是真的不懂，常問怎樣做！一些生活細節，又好像不用理會那些信仰口號。每天上班前都未必會先求問神要我們乘坐甚麼交通工具，就算清楚要乘搭港鐵，又不會要求神帶領自己要走進哪一車廂。我們每天都是按自己的習慣選取認為對自己最合適的方法。若是遇上壞車，也會自行立刻決定改搭其他交通工具。我們都不覺得有問題的。可是信徒每天都可以面對不同難題和挑戰，理論上自己認為最恰當的方法就是解決問題的最佳方法，可是又如何決定呢？若單對自己有利為抉擇標準，是否會犧牲了其他人呢？更重要的是我常說的實際情況：作惡最終都可以為自己帶來好處，這又怎樣決定呢？
